Legacy Cremation Services, LLC, while a licensed funeral home, does not directly perform cremation services itself. Instead, Legacy Cremation Services, LLC, works with non-affiliated, locally owned and licensed funeral homes and crematories as a referral service, partnering you with locally licensed funeral and cremation providers for final cremation services. Working with hand selected independently owned and locally operated establishments allows us to execute a "trade call" which results in substantial savings to you, as trade calls are not subject to the same "overhead expense" present when you work directly with the locally licensed provider.

During our communications with you, please be sure to ask us to explain to you the fees and payment arrangements for your requested cremation services and related items., including requesting an explanation in writing, prior to your delivery of payment to us.
