Some families choose to do a small ceremony before they scatter their loved one’s ashes at sea. Another new option is a green-burial where your loved one’s remains are incorporated into a memorial coral reef where they will be forever a part of the life that grows around it. These services will be included in the final cremation costs if Legacy makes the arrangements.

Other options for after the cremation is complete and the memorial is over, are either to bury the ashes in the urn at a cemetery or memorial park that is designed for only ashes, or to place the urn in a mausoleum.
