My grandmother died in the middle of the night. I got recording after recording till finally I heard a live voice on the line. To my surprise I was actually talking to a person and not a machine. You were so kind and gracious from that first phone call, through the memorial service and all the way through to the scattering of the ashes. You were there helping me make choices and they weren’t even the most expensive choices. You knew my budget and helped me chose accordingly (Thank you for that). I know a lot of businesses are in it to make money, but I honestly felt you cared about the person not the money. You have truly touched my life with the genuine care I felt from everyone there. Thanks so much, I’ll never forget what you did for me.
When my brother Ronald died so suddenly, we didn’t know where to turn. You came recommended from a friend and boy were we happy we went with your company.
